My site has been down for a month due to a malicious script loaded on. In order to get rid of it, I deleted everything. Good thing I had a backup of the mysql database for my blog. I should have restored it immediately but I was running into some problems and then got sidetracked. So finally the site is back up.
Luck hasn’t been on my side lately. Earlier this morning my secondary hard drive became corrupted out of the blue. The bad thing at the moment is that I don’t have backups of all the pictures I took. I’m working on a way to retrieve the data back, memories that I can’t recreate.

Nice to see you’re back up and running.
If you’re not using it already, I suggest using the WordPress database backup plugin along with the WP-Cron plugin to schedule automatic backups of your database to Gmail or something similar.Sorry to hear about your hard drive. It’s tough to lose pictures full of memories. Hopefully you’ll be able to recover them somehow, but for the future you should upload them to somewhere like Flickr or Yahoo! Photos just in case. You might also want to store them on an iPod in disk mode.
